Hearing Aids is what is dubbed in the 3D Printing industry as Rapid Manufacturing (RM); where end products are actually printed on the Stratasys & Objet systems and the tray becomes a form of production line. RM is a challenging application, requiring the matching of similar mechanical properties of the end product in question.

Stratasys & Objet’s solution in the Hearing Aids industry has undergone rigorous tests to assure that the materials developed are medically approved as well as suitable for the solution in question. Special materials were developed to match the stringent criteria of this industry.
